Refund and Return Policy
- You must notify us that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- You then have 14 days from the date of notification in order to actually return the order.
- Costs of returning the item will not be refunded.
- Please keep evidence that the item has been returned, preferably with tracking. We will not refund purchases that we do not receive back.
- Items must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, e.g. shrink wrapped books must not have the shrink wrap removed.
